Leadership for Women®

LFW is a program designed exclusively for women leaders. It aims to create constructive discontent within a woman to inspire her to rise above herself and her circumstances to reach for higher, more worthwhile aspirations. At LMI, we believe that we have much more potential than we are utilizing and to maximize our potential, we need to do things differently. According to statistics, the gap between performance and potential is much greater in the case of women. The complexity of challenges often faced by women results in untapped potential. The LMI process is action-oriented with a focus on overcoming negative conditioning and bridging the knowing-doing gap, hence helping participants to maximize their potential. A unique feature of the program is a five -step goal setting process which helps to bring about total clarity about priorities.

There is a huge improvement in personal efficiency and effectiveness. The LMI programs help generate high focus and goal-directed action and their results help them accelerate their career path.

Transactional programs are 1–2-day programs that may well deliver knowledge and have expert trainers. However, the transactional programs do not have an application agenda. This is what is termed training, resulting in awareness and knowledge and things do not change when people go back.
Transformational programs are DEVELOPMENTAL programs, they cause behavior change, they cause change to work in smarter ways, they produce visible results. They are highly application-oriented and experiential.
